1. Payment

Payment will be processed securely via Protx. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta and Switch.

Paypal is also offered as an additional option.

Payment will also be accepted via cheque.

No goods will be dispatched until payment has been cleared.

2. Secure Server

All orders are fully encrypted before being sent to us via a secure server.

3. Delivery

Goods being sent within the UK will be despatched by Fed-Ex Courier Service overnight delivery. All parcels will either require a signature on receipt of delivery or alternatively will be left in a safe place. There is a charge for third attempt delivery.

Goods will be sent any day Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Delivery addresses should be checked at time of order as there will be a charge for any redirected packages.
All delivery charges will be indicated at the time of order.

Goods being sent to the Scottish Highlands (north of Perth) will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed for Service and may incur a delivery surcharge.

4. Returns Policy

Products which arrive at the customer in an unsatisfactory state should be notified to the company within 48 hours of receipt.

Provided the goods are unused, a replacement product or refund will be issued within a 7 day period.
Customers are responsible for the return postage charges to the company.

5. Substitution

Whilst every effort will be made to supply the customer with the stated goods, the company reserve the right to substitute goods of equal quality and value should problems with original supply occur.

6. Cancellation Rights

Customers reserve the right to cancel their order within 48 hours of payment. The company should be notified by telephone or e-mail and a refund will be issued.

7. Data Protection

All customer information will be solely used for the purposes of ordering and will not be passed on to any third parties without prior consent. Caledonian Gifts works within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act 1998.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

Whilst every effort will be made to provide the customer with the goods, Caledonian Gifts cannot be held responsible for not supplying products due to Acts of God, Natural Disaster, Acts of Terror or any other causes out with the control of the company.

9. Packaging

There may be a slight variation in packaging due to the nature of the printing and production process.
