Q. I am having difficulty when processing my order. The delivery address for the products are different to the card billing address. What can I do to resolve this?
A. Process your order and payment, inputting the correct billing address for the card. Then follow up with an email to sales@caledoniangifts.co.uk referring to your order and giving us the details of the name, address and postcode of the delivery address.

Q. How can I arrange for a gift message to be sent with my order?
A. Process your order and payment, then send an e-mail to giftmessages@caledoniangifts.co.uk referring to your order and let us know what you would like to send with the gift.

Q. I’d like a specialist package produced, how long will it take?
A. Normally for something bespoke, we ask for a week to source the products, produce the gift and dispatch it to you or via courier to the recipient.

Q. Do you deliver locally? I don't want to pay for courier service if I live 10 minutes away!
A. Yes, within Monifieth, Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee we deliver for a small charge. We can also deliver to other areas in Angus and Perthshire. Charges are negotiable on the size of the order. The best thing for you to do is give us a phone and we can quote you on your order and delivery cost - payment for this is either by cash, cheque or bankers draft.

Q. How expensive are tailored packages?
A. We begin our bespoke packages from £3.00 for a small gift to go on the table at a conference or dinner. Really, it depends on client budget. If you’d like a gift at £70.00 per person, we can make it happen.

 Q.Can you deliver abroad?
A. At the moment we don't offer this as a standard service: we dispatch to any address within the UK and Northern Ireland . However, we do have access to an international courier service, and if you would like to discuss the option of sending abroad, just drop us an email and we can prepare a special quotation at your request.
